Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentFix website (agentfix.pro), the free agent-readiness scanner, and the paid Agent-Ready Pack (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentFix scans publicly accessible websites for AI-agent readiness and, on purchase, delivers a personalized ZIP archive of files and snippets that the buyer can install on their own website. AgentFix does not host, edit, or modify the buyer's website on the buyer's behalf.

2. License

On successful purchase, AgentFix grants the buyer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the files in the delivered ZIP archive on the single domain submitted at checkout. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the archive or any individual file from it. Each ZIP is watermarked with the buyer's email address in the README to discourage redistribution.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan domains you do not own or do not have explicit permission to scan
• Use the Service to harvest competitor data at scale or build a competing scanner product
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, bypass authentication, or access non-public AgentFix systems
• Submit URLs that point to illegal, malicious, or infringing content

4. Free Scanner

The free scanner is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Scans are rate-limited per IP address to protect infrastructure. AgentFix may cache and reuse a scan result for the same URL within a short window to reduce redundant load.

5. Agent-Ready Pack

The personalized Agent-Ready Pack is a digital download, delivered by email within approximately 5 minutes of payment. Some narrative files in the Pack (.well-known/agent-skills/*.md, business-profile.json, FAQ snippets) are drafted by AI based on the publicly available content of the buyer's site and the brief supplied at checkout. The buyer is responsible for reviewing this content for factual accuracy before publishing it. See the INSTALL.html and README.md shipped inside the Pack for review guidance.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy. By completing checkout you accept that policy.

7. Disclaimers

AgentFix scores and recommendations reflect publicly available agent-readiness standards as of the scan date (including Cloudflare and Google specifications). AgentFix does not guarantee any specific search ranking, AI-referral rate, or revenue outcome from installing the Pack. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFix's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the buyer in the most recent 12 months, which for one-time Pack purchases means the price paid for that Pack ($29 USD).

9. Changes

AgentFix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
