Refund Policy

The Agent-Ready Pack is a digital product. This page explains exactly when a refund is and is not available. By completing checkout, the buyer accepts this policy.

When you CAN request a refund

  • The pack failed to build (you never received a download email within 1 hour of payment)
  • The downloaded ZIP is corrupt, missing files, or contains unreadable content
  • The personalized content has a clear factual error you cannot fix within the customer-edited sections of the Pack
  • You have not installed any file from the Pack on your live site (verified by absence of the pack's files at known paths like /llms.txt, /.well-known/*)

These requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the order. Email your order ID to [email protected] and describe the defect. We respond within 2 business days.

When you CANNOT request a refund

  • Any pack file is live on your website (visible at /llms.txt, /robots.txt, /.well-known/*, or pasted into your <head>). The Pack is considered fulfilled at that point.
  • You changed your mind, picked the wrong CMS at checkout, or no longer want the Pack
  • The 14-day window has passed
  • Your re-scan score did not reach 80% because manual install steps were skipped (e.g. schema snippets not pasted into the template, Link header not configured). Score is dependent on completing the install, not on the Pack files themselves.
  • Your CMS or hosting provider restricts adding root files (Wix/Squarespace without a Cloudflare Worker, for example). These limitations are disclosed before purchase on the pricing page and in the FAQ.

How we process refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through our Merchant of Record (Paddle or FastSpring, depending on the checkout used). Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. The Pack download link is immediately revoked on refund.

Regenerations vs refunds

If the issue can be fixed by rebuilding the Pack (typo in business description, wrong CMS selected, content review needed), we offer a free rebuild instead of a refund. Most defect reports are resolved this way.

Chargebacks

Please email support first before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues are resolvable in under one business day. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future AgentFix products.
