Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AgentFix collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. AgentFix is operated by Yehor Fermin (sole proprietor, Ukraine). Contact: [email protected].

1. What we collect

When you use the free scanner:

• The URL you submit (we store the normalized form, e.g. example.com)
• The 33-check scan results for that URL
• Your IP address (for rate limiting), retained at most 7 days
• Standard server access logs (User-Agent, request time)

When you buy the Agent-Ready Pack:

• Your email address (for delivery and support correspondence)
• Order ID and payment status (from our payment processor)
• The CMS you selected and the optional one-line business description you supplied
• The generated pack manifest (so we can re-deliver if your link expires)

We do not collect payment card details. All card data is handled by our Merchant of Record payment processor (currently Paddle / FastSpring depending on the checkout) and never reaches AgentFix servers.

2. How we use the data

• To run the scan you requested and return the result
• To deliver the Pack you purchased and renew expired download links on request
• To improve the scanner's accuracy (aggregated, never tied to individual buyers)
• To respond to support inquiries you send us
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, payment-processor audits)

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on agentfix.pro
• We do not email you marketing unless you explicitly opt in at checkout
• We do not share your scan results with anyone other than you

4. Third parties we use

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, DDoS protection. Sees your IP at request time.
• Paddle / FastSpring — Merchant of Record for checkout. Sees your name, email, billing country, and card details.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. Sees your email and the pack download link.
• Cloudflare R2 — Object storage for the pack ZIP. Files are accessed via short-lived presigned URLs.
• Anthropic — LLM provider for parts of the pack content pipeline. Sees excerpts of the publicly available content from the URL you scanned. Inputs are not used for model training per Anthropic's data-use terms.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics on agentfix.pro pages (page views, referrer, country). IP is anonymized at collection. No advertising or remarketing features are enabled. Disable via the standard Google opt-out add-on or your browser's "Do Not Track" / tracking-protection setting.

5. Retention

• Scan results: 90 days, then anonymized
• Order records and email: 7 years (tax reporting obligation)
• Generated pack ZIPs in R2: 90 days from build, can be regenerated on demand
• Server access logs: 30 days

6. Your rights (GDPR / UA)

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Erase your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Export your data in a portable format (JSON)
• Object to processing or restrict it
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

AgentFix uses two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — CSRF protection on form submissions.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) for anonymized site usage statistics. IP is anonymized at collection; no advertising or remarketing audiences are enabled.

We do not use fingerprinting cookies. The checkout window is served by our payment processor in a separate domain and may set its own cookies, governed by the processor's privacy policy.

8. Children

AgentFix is intended for business use by website owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, emailed to customers who purchased the Pack within the prior 90 days.
