AgentFix Scanner — Privacy Policy

Summary

AgentFix Scanner sends only the URL you explicitly choose to scan to our server at agentfix.pro. Nothing else. No browsing history. No cookies. No personal data. No telemetry on pages you visit.

What the extension sends to agentfix.pro

• The URL you choose to scan (via right-click menu, popup, or — Pro only — the auto-scan badge).
• Nothing else.

What the extension does NOT collect

• Your browsing history (the extension only sees URLs you explicitly request to scan).
• Cookies, including cookies from sites you visit.
• Personal information of any kind (name, email — unless you voluntarily enter it when buying Pro).
• Form data on any page.
• Page content from sites you visit. We scan the public URL from our server — we never read the rendered DOM in your browser.

What we do with the URL you scan

1. POST it to agentfix.pro/api/scan.
2. Our scanner fetches the public version of that URL and grades it across 33 AI-agent readiness signals.
3. We log the result so we can serve the report page at agentfix.pro/r/{scan_id}.

Scan reports are public by default — anyone with the result URL can view them. This is intentional: the public scan link is meant to be shareable.

Local storage (in your browser)

The extension uses Chrome's chrome.storage API to cache:

• Your free-tier daily scan counter (resets at midnight UTC).
• Your Pro license key, if you have one (only used to verify Pro features should unlock).
• Your auto-scan toggle state (Pro only).

Nothing in local storage is transmitted off your device, except the license key (only sent to agentfix.pro/api/license/verify).

Pro license purchase

If you buy the optional Pro tier ($9 lifetime) at agentfix.pro/extension-pro, payment is processed by Creem.io (Merchant of Record). We receive your email so we can send you the license key. We do not receive your payment details (card number, billing address). Creem's privacy policy: creem.io/privacy.

Third parties

We do not share scan data with any third party. Cloudflare proxies the agentfix.pro domain as a standard CDN.

Open source

The full source code of this extension is published at github.com/Virt92/agentfix-extension. You can audit exactly what the extension does — and verify this privacy policy matches the code.
