  1. Chrome Extension v2.0.1 live + AI Office (workspace) Phase 1

  2. Pack v3: x402 payment-layer + ACP/UCP upgrade

    • +Every pack now ships /.well-known/x402.json — discovery manifest declaring service_id, accepted currencies (USD via Stripe/Creem + USDC on Base + Ethereum), priced paths, receipt format, and spending caps (max-txn, per-min rate, per-day cap).
    • +/.well-known/acp.json upgraded with payment object: x402_supported + x402_manifest + receipts_endpoint + service_id_binding.
    • +/.well-known/ucp now declares x402_discoverable capability + points to the manifest.

    • +Introduced Pro tier: $99 one-time for 3 months of active service. Pack is auto-rebuilt against the current scanner every 30 days (weekly cron tick) and emailed with a WHATS-NEW.md diff.
    • +Lifecycle emails for Pro buyers: 7-day pre-expiry warning (day 83), pause notice (day 90), grace reminder (day 97), and final downgrade notice (day 120). Daily lifecycle cron.
    • +After the 3 months, Pro continues at $9/month or downgrades cleanly to Basic — your installed pack stays exactly as-is, drift alerts + free re-scans + certificate keep working.
